Holy Trinity is a staple for all Barossa wine lovers. One of the longest producing Barossa Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvèdre blends. This wine delivers complexity, depth and finesse with every release. Sweet and crunchy fruit entry with highly evident red cherry, currants, and hint of cranberry. The sweet spices of juniper, caraway and subtle white pepper, help drive the complexing flavour profile. Vibrant & Opulent, Grant Burge Ink is designed to make a statement. This buttery chardonnay from South Australia has a rich yellow colour. Bold flavours of ripe peach, apple and toasted nuts combine with velvety creaminess and generous buttery texture.

Intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean and spice.
