1.    The Heineken Super Liquor SailGP New York Promotion gives customers the chance to win one of three trips for two to New York to attend the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix event (Promotion).
Sponsor/Promoter
1.    The Promoter is Super Liquor Holdings Limited (Promoter), [Address]. 
2.    The Sponsor is DB Breweries Limited (Sponsor), 1 Bairds Road, Otahuhu, Auckland.  The Sponsor can be contacted on 0800 102 337 free of charge from landlines within New Zealand.
Entry Requirements
3.    The Promotion will run from 12.01am on 26 January 2026 to 11.59pm on 8 March 2026 (Promotional Period).

4.    To enter the Promotion, participants must buy any Heineken product from a participating store and swipe their registered CashPoints card.

5.    By entering the Promotion, you agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and guidelines relating to the Promotion.
Selection Criteria and Prize
6.    The prize package (Prize) is a trip for the winner and one travel companion to New York City, USA for the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix event, taking place Saturday 30 May and Sunday 31 May 2026. The Prize includes:
a.    Return economy flights from Auckland to New York on Air New Zealand, including 23kg checked luggage and 7kg carry-on (plus domestic flights within New Zealand if required).
b.    Private airport transfers (airport–hotel and hotel–airport).
c.    Four (4) nights’ accommodation at the New York Marriot Marquis in Midtown Manhattan, including daily breakfast, M club access, and taxes.
d.    SailGP Platinum Weekend passes for both travellers.
e.    Travel insurance (standard cover, excluding pre-existing medical conditions).
f.    NZD $1,000 spending money.
g.    All international airport and airline taxes.
h.    Travel dates: Depart Auckland Thursday 28 May 2026, return Monday 1 June 2026. 

7.    The winner will be drawn on 10 March 2026 at the offices of the Promoter. The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner a maximum of two times. 
  
8.    The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a winner if the Prize has not been validly claimed by 14 March 2026.

9.    The Winner and their travel companion must depart Auckland to New York on the date communicated by the Promoter. Any amendments to return flights are the cost of the winner. The winner and their travel companion must be available for travel during the Travel Period. 

10.    The Winner must follow the instructions given by the Sponsor/Promoter on how to claim the Prize. Proof of age may be required, and the Winner and their travel companion may be required to sign a participation agreement and /or deed of release before redeeming the Prize.

11.    Any international travel which forms part of the Prize must be completed by the dates specified by the Sponsor/Promoter. The Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.

12.    If the winner would like to extend their trip, our travel partner can quote the additional costs and invoice the winner directly for this.

13.    The winner will be responsible for any airline change fee charges/additional airfare costs, plus additional accommodation, and increase in travel insurance costs.

14.    The Sponsor/Promoter shall not be held liable for any act, omission, or failure to provide this prize where such act, omission, or failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

15.    Flights are from Auckland International Airport, New Zealand to John F. Kennedy International Airport including domestic transfers needed to get to Auckland Airport, only if the Winner and/or travel companion is based outside of Auckland region.

16.    No alternative prize or travel dates will be offered, and Prize will be forfeited if the Winner and their travel companion cannot travel during the Travel Period. 

17.    The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

18.    Once bookings are confirmed, no changes are permitted.

19.    The Prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the airline tickets.

20.    The Winner and their travel companion will be responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the Prize including expenses such as spending money on personal expenses, meals, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the Prize), gratuities, services charges, passports, visas and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize.

21.    It is the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion to ensure they have a valid passport, obtain all required travel documents and visas for travel to New York, USA at their own cost) and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements.

22.    All New Zealanders intending to travel to the United States of America must possess a valid visa or travel authorization (ESTA), except for green card holders. While a visa is granted through a U.S. embassy, the travel authorisation is obtained online. The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) functions as a digital platform created to simplify the application process for the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. For those from New Zealand planning to journey to the USA by air or sea, obtaining travel authorization through ESTA is a mandatory step before commencing their voyage.  The costs associated with the visa are approximately $30NZD per person and are payable by the Winner.

23.    The travel component of the Prize is not eligible to accrue for any frequent flyer (including Airpoints Dollars™) accrual, upgrades, companion redemption or credit of tier status.

24.    If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor/Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with an alternative that is of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

25.    The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

26.    The Winner and their travel companion will at all times act responsibly so as not to harm the reputation of the Promoter while taking up the Prize. This includes consuming alcohol responsibly.

Qualifying Purchase
Any Veuve Clicquot product (“Eligible Product”) in a single transaction at a participating Outlet or online during the Promotional Period, utilising cashpoints for the purchase.
 
 
Entry instructions
To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period:
 
(a) Make a Qualifying Purchase from the Veuve Clicquot range from a participating Super Liquor Outlet
(b) Utilise your personal cashpoints card to record the transaction and automatically go in the draw to win a trip to the Auckland polo for you and a plus one.
 
Details of the prize
There will be two major prize winners in respect of this promotion.
There will be one minor prize winner in respect of this promotion.
There will be one prize selection conducted in total, by the promotor Super Liquor Holdings LTD.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
 
Major and Minor prize selection
One (1) double pass to the Veuve Clicquot Auckland Polo (two tickets per winner); and
Flights and accommodation for two (2) people, as determined and arranged by the Promoter and necessary third party contributors.
Total tickets awarded across the Promotion:

Minor Prize
If you win a minor prize, your prize will be:
1)     1 x Veuve Clicquot Beach pack featuring a Veuve Clicquot beach bag and linen towel.
 
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable), in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
 
Prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Any portion of the prize, if unused or redeemed, fully or partially, shall be deemed forfeited by the Winner.
 
How many times can I enter?
You can only enter once for the entire Promotion Period. Your entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
 
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
The Minor prize winner will be notified in writing over Instagram direct message, from the official super liquor Instagram account.  
The Major prize winners will be notified in writing and over the phone within 2 business days of determination. The major prize winners have 2 business days to officially accept the prize, so that Super Liquor Holdings can arrange flights, accommodation and tickets in accordance with the prize.
 
Unclaimed prizes
 
Prize claim date: No longer than three business days AFTER the promotional period ending. No later than the 19th of February 2026  
Unclaimed prize determination:
If the major or minor prizes have not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) can't contact the major prize winner (or the major prize winner does not contact the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy or DE Agency acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable)) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded or re-awarded.
 
Collection and use of your personal information
Super Liquor Holdings collects your personal information (“PI”) directly or through its agents, contractors or service providers and will use your PI to conduct and manage the Promotion. Super Liquor will, for this purpose, disclose your PI to Moet Hennessy, DE Agency or their service providers or third party vendor (e.g. for prize fulfilment purpose) to assist in conducting this Promotion, communicating with you and/or fulfilling prizes. Super Liquor will handle and use the PI as set out in its Privacy Policy. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you consent to the Promoter sharing your PI for the purpose mentioned above.  
 
A prize is conditional on providing this PI. By entering, you accept the terms and conditions of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter, its related companies, agents, contractors and/or service providers may use each entrant's PI for the purposes specified at the time of collection.

2.  Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter.  If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter (including Super Liquor Holdings and Moet Hennessy acting on behalf only to fulfill prizing) is not liable for any problems with communications networks.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. 
 
Prize
3.  Prize and all elements of prize must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you (including that the prize and each element of the prize is not transferable). Any attempt to make any alteration, change or transfer will result in the prize (or the relevant element of the prize, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter and Moet Hennessy third party will not be liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute.
 
General
4.  Entrants in this Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that the Promoter (if authorised by Moet Hennessy) and their designees and assigns may use the entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose related to Win A Veuve Clicquot Polo Experience Promotion in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial  or otherwise), permission or notification. 
 
5.  Any failure by you or (if applicable) your companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter (including Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) or the prize supplier(s).
 
6.  If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry (or at the Promoter's (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter’s (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
7.  You must not:
(a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion;
(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion;
(e) reach any law; or
(f)  behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
 
8.   The Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.
9.    If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) concerning the conduct of this Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final.
10.  Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash.  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prize (and elements of prize) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize value is correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter, Moet Hennessy are not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter (or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
11.  If publication will take place, by entering, you request that your full address not be published.
12. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
13. The Promoter, or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the promotor for prize fulfillment, are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this Promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.  Liability
14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
15. ubject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter, (including Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize selection and fulfilment, as applicable)  and the companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, property loss or damage, personal injury (including medical fitness, allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).   
16.  Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter (including Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant).  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (Or Moet Hennessy when acting on behalf of the Promoter in prize fulfilment, as applicable) and each of their respective parent  companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,  employees, governors, owners, suppliers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives,  and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held  harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage,  including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner  or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in  whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including  the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this Promotion. 
18. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
19. These Terms and Conditions (including the Promotion) are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of New Zealand.

  • Winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated. Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Information on how to enter and prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions (terms). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.  Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.

Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12.01 [NZDT] on 26/01/26 and closes at 23.59 [NZDT] on 15/02/26

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

1.    To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

(a)  Purchase any Aperol 700ml or Aperol Spritz 1450ml pack (Qualifying Transaction); in a single transaction and scan their Cashpoints card at a Super Liquor Store.

2.    Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

3.    Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

(a)  are received outside the Promotional Period;

(b)  contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;

(c)   are incomplete or indecipherable; or

(d)  do not otherwise comply with these terms,

will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

4.    Only 1 entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction. A maximum of one (1) entry per person per week is permitted.

Draw

5.     Major Prize Draw will be conducted at Super Liquor HO by 23/02/26.

6.    The first valid entry randomly drawn will win a Major Prize (Major Prize Winner).

7.    The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

8.    If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.

Prize(s)

The Prize package includes:

9.    An Aperol Cabana valued at $200 RRP (Major Prize)

10.  All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

11.  If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute the Prize (or a component of the Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.  Other than this, the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

12.  The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Notification of Winner

13.  The Winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within 5 days of the Draw. Winner(s) must claim their Prize(s) within 5 working days of being contacted by Super Liquor on behalf of Campari NZ Limited.

14.  The Promoter will retain all unclaimed Prize(s) for 10 working days from the date of the Draw. If the Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner for the unclaimed Prize at Super Liquor by way of a random draw (Re-draw).

15.  The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing and by telephone within 2 days of the Re-draw. Winner(s) of Re-drawn Prizes must claim their Prize within 5 working days of being contacted by the Promotion Agent. .

16.  The Prize will be delivered free of charge to the Winner (or Re-draw winner) at the address nominated on their entry within 28 days of the draw (or Re-draw).

Privacy

17.  The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its [Privacy Policy], available at https://www.camparigroup.com/en/page/privacy.  The Promoter may also use entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any entrant. Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message.

18.  Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.

Miscellaneous

19.  The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly.  Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the New Zealand Ministry of Health Alcohol Guidelines (available at https://www.health.govt.nz/your-health/healthy-living/addictions/alcohol-and-drug-abuse/alcohol).

20.  If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:

(a)   disqualify any entrant; or

(b)   subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

21.  Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

(a)   the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;

(b)   any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(c)    any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

(d)   any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(e)   any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; and/or

(f)     any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,

except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.

Disputes

All feedback in respect of the Promotion should be submitted to the Promoter’s feedback address at: NZ-CustomerService@campari.com. In the case of any dispute, the Promoter will make a determination, acting reasonably and taking into account any feedback provided. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, subject to any legal proceedings initiated by the complainant.

  1. In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings specified:

What is this promotion?

  1. Participation in this prize draw promotion (Promotion) is open to each Customer who makes a purchase of Promoted Product(s).

How long does the promotion run for?

How does a Customer participate?

  1. To participate in this Promotion, a Customer simply needs to make a purchase of Promoted Product(s) from a Super Liquor store, before the expiry of the Promotional Period, and scan their Cashpoints card or the barcode in their Cashpoints app when making that purchase. Such Customers will automatically go into the draw to win a Prize.
  2. By scanning their Cashpoints card or the barcode on their Cashpoints app when making such a purchase, a Customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

How will a Customer know if they have won a Prize?

  1. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s offices on Friday 10th January 2026 or on such other date as the Promoter may determine in its discretion. The exact timing of the draw is at the discretion of the Promoter. ustomers that participate in each draw will be those Customers who purchased Promoted Product(s) during the promotional period.
  2. If a Customer is drawn to win a Prize, the Promoter will notify them of that win using the contact details they provided in applying to become a member of Cashpoints.
  3. The Promoter may publish the names of the winners of Prizes on its website at superliquor.co.nz or Super Liquor’s Social media Pages.
  4. A Customer who has won [a Prize will have their Prize sent to them by tracked courier within 10 business days of their win being drawn or a designated Super liquor Store.

What personal information of a Customer may be collected and on what terms? 

  1. If a Customer uses its Cashpoints card or Cashpoints app to participate in this Promotion, that Customer agrees that CNZL and the Promoter may collect and share personal information relating to that transaction and use it in the manner set out and/or referred to in the Super Liquor Cashpoint Terms.
  2. By entering this Promotion, a Customer consents to the Promoter’s use of its details to conduct this Promotion and any related publicity.

What other things should a Customer know about this Promotion?

  1. Customers who participate in this Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Any tax liability, which may arise as a result of winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the winner of a Prize.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused or sustained by any participant under this Promotion.

Defined terms

  1. In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings specified:
    • Cashpoints Loyalty Program means the Cashpoints loyalty program that Cashpoints New Zealand Limited (CNZL) provides in conjunction with Super Liquor Holdings Limited, participating Super Liquor stores and other participating retailers.
    • Customer means a Super Liquor customer aged 18 years or older who has joined and registered their membership with the Cashpoints Loyalty Program.
    • Super Liquor Cashpoints Terms means the Cashpoints terms and conditions issued by Super Liquor Holdings Limited, the latest draft of which can be found here .
    • Qualifying Goods means any goods that are on sale at a Super Liquor store but excluding smoking/tobacco or vaping products and accessories, gift cards and telecommunication products (prepaid phone top ups).
  2. In these terms and conditions, the terms Account, Points and Points Value have the meanings given to them in the Cashpoints terms and conditions issued by CNZL, the latest draft of which can be found here.

What is this promotion?

  1. Participation in this prize draw promotion (Promotion) is open to each Customer who makes their first purchase of Qualifying Goods after becoming a registered member of the Cashpoints Loyalty Program (Cashpoints Member) .
