Area 51 is shrouded in mystery, with conspiracy theories afoot. Grey Area 5.1 isn't so different. While it's called a 'Cream Ale', it contains no cream, milk, or lactose of any sort. So what is the Unidentified Flavoursome Object that makes it so deliciously-smooth? Well, that's classified. But we can divulge that this beer is a little coconutty, and a lot refreshing. We suggest you pop on your tin-foil hat and open this can, so you can get to the bottom of it.

But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

This Southern IPA is the ultimate southern collaboration, the World's southernmost hops, grown under the regular glow of the southern lights, then brewed even further south. The big hop aroma is balanced by the toasty malt complexity, for a slightly less bitter taste than many northern counterparts. It's light bodied with a crisp, clean, refreshing finish. You can't always see a Southern Light show, but you can drink it.

Just because you don't want a beer, it doesn't mean you don't want a beer. So, Emerson's brewed you a beer. Inspired by the big bold flavours of Bird Dog IPA, but without the bite. Little Bird is an alcohol free IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you won't even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

The aroma is toasty, with a hint of sweetness and some earthy hop notes. Firm-bodied but not heavy, with a creamy texture, the dryish palate is full of roasted malt, coffeeish notes and a sustained bitterness.

Porter is the oldest commercially brewed style and London Porter was Emerson's first beer. Dark, dry and mellow with some hoppy characteristics, pours a deep brown colour with reddish tints.

Of the 100 billion planets in the universe, only one is known to have beer. So if you are leaving Earth, you'll need to BYO. Lost in Space features an all-American line-up of Azacca, El Dorado and Mosaic hops, making for a rich flavour, with spicy mango, stone fruit and a crisp citrus finish. Don't just drink craft beer, drink spacecraft beer.
