Winner, 15th West Coast IPA Challenge, 2022. With seven West Coast hop varieties, this IPA is inspired by Eddyline's favourite seven-piece Kiwi band. It is packed with enough complexity and flavour to fill a stadium with chill reggae dub vibes and still punch enough bitterness to pump out a post-punk set into the darkest dungeon. Look out for passion fruit and mandarin skanking away on the malt dance floor, then wash away into the darkness for a crisp bitter finish.

This hazy pale ale was created especially for the Hokitika Wildfoods Festival, using cricket flour, made by crushing the insects. The wild, high protein supplement helps increase the haze and body of the brew. But you will be relieved to know it just tastes like beer with delicious peach, passionfruit, and lemon notes. You won't like Crickets, you will love it.

The adventure doesn't have to end when you get home. Day Tripper is a low carb beer that's as intrepid as you are. Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. It's more than just a post-activity refresher, it's a flavour journey all of its own - from tangelo base camp, all the way to a crisp, stone fruit finish line. Enjoy the trip.

This is a love letter to Dublin, from 19,140 km away, in Dunedin. Written in Ireland's beautiful mother tongue: Stout. First, a serenade of coffee flavours and toasty notes, before tenderly giving way to delicate bitter, dry finish, that will leave you longing for more. Is tú mo ghrá, as they say in the other Irish dialect.

Drifter is the beer with no real plans. A cold IPA that doesn't know where it's going until it gets there. Before the sixties started swinging, mild mannered Brits liked nothing more than a Mild Ale. It was the nation's favourite beer style in a time of politeness, moderation and general niceness. Ducks in a Row is a throwback to these days. Classically malty, with soft toffee and caramel notes. Despite the modest 3.3% it also has a good body, thanks to the subtle addition of Golden Syrup. Turn any day into a rather pleasant mild day.

30 years of The Country radio show, means three decades of Jamie Mackay's dulcet tones filling our airwaves. He sure can talk. But Raymond Bowan and Richard Emerson came up with a plan. Farmers Cut extra thick cut chips, paired with Farmer Pour Extra Crispy Pale Ale. It's the Perfect farmers combo to celebrate a real farming legend. Best of all, it should keep Jamie quiet, for at a moment, at least.

This beer is a tribute to the Matron Saint of Emerson's. Richard's Mum, Ingrid. Without her belief, patience, and tolerance, Emerson's Brewery wouldn't be here today. So for the wise woman, is this Weissbier - her absolute favourite. It's light and cloudy, with a sweet bready aroma, notes of banana and sherbet, and a tart, spicy flavour. Quiet, yet full of intrigue and backbone. Just like Ingrid.

Little Bird is an alcohol free IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you won't even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.
